Legal Fees

The Spencer Law Firm is committed to charging reasonable rates for legal services while still giving the best representation possible for clients.  Because every client and case is different, there are no set rates for Criminal Cases.  Rates for criminal representation are done on a flat fee basis. Once a client has paid a flat fee there will be no additional or extra fees.  The flat fee includes all costs involved with representation up to and including trial.  Fees for civil cases are either hourly or on a contingent fee basis--depending on the case.
